Our goal

Thinking together. Acting together. Staying together.

A conversation with Mr. and Mrs. Zenker about responsibility, trust, and the courage to think anew.

Editorial Introduction

Mr. and Mrs. Zenker live on Cyprus with their two daughters—now 13 and 15 years old.
What began as a business decision has evolved into a way of life—one that today offers many people a legally secure and sustainable perspective.
They have created a structure that protects assets, provides tax certainty, and enables a fulfilling life at the same time.

A conversation about clarity, freedom, and lived partnership.

Question: When did you feel that something had to change?

Mrs. Zenker:
It wasn’t a single moment, but rather a creeping feeling.
My husband has always worked hard, carried responsibility, and led companies.
But I could see how the joy in his work was slowly giving way to constant worry: bureaucracy, taxes, uncertainty.
He built projects, led employees, made decisions—and yet felt increasingly less free to act.
One evening he said very calmly:

“If we don’t change anything, one day someone else will decide over what we’ve built.”

That’s when I knew he was right.

Mr. Zenker:
Yes, that was the point when we decided to redefine responsibility—not as a burden, but as freedom.
I wanted to create a structure that provides security without becoming a cage—for us, for our children, and for people who think in similar ways.

Question: Why Cyprus?

Mr. Zenker:
Cyprus offers what many European locations lack: stability, legal certainty, and room for creativity.
Here you can think entrepreneurially, act internationally—and still remain within EU structures.
I didn’t want theoretical models, but practical solutions.

Mrs. Zenker:
I was immediately drawn to Cyprus—not just for the climate, but for the people.
They’re open, warm, and helpful.
I love the lightness of life here, combined with reliability in work.
Our daughters attend an international school, speak three languages, and grow up in an environment where values, education, and joy of life belong together.
That, to me, is the greatest gift.

Question: How have you divided your roles in the company?

Mr. Zenker:
Quite naturally—my wife excels in operations.
She makes sure everything runs smoothly: processes, communication, partners, implementation on site.
I think in structures and long-term concepts; she makes sure that concepts become reality.
I can rely on her to see things through—and do them right.

Mrs. Zenker:
My husband is the strategist.
He sees developments before others even notice them.
He thinks five steps ahead, examines every decision carefully, and creates the foundation on which I can act safely.
He builds the base—I make sure it’s lived on.
That’s our strength: he gives direction, I give movement.

Question: What was your shared goal?

Mr. Zenker:
We wanted to create something lasting—legally, economically, and humanly.
A model that gives entrepreneurs, families, and investors security without making them dependent.
That’s why we combine ready-to-operate companies with property ownership: clear, vetted, immediately usable.

Mrs. Zenker:
And above all, we wanted to show that security doesn’t mean sacrifice.
You can have both—stability and freedom.
What we’ve built gives people structure, but also space for their own lives.

Question: How would you describe each other?

Mrs. Zenker:
My husband is the calm center—the strategist.
He thinks analytically, stays composed, and never loses sight of the bigger picture, no matter how complex things get.
He brings clarity where others see chaos and gives people a sense of safety.
I admire his consistency and his ability to think things through to the end.

Mr. Zenker:
My wife is the heart of our company.
She brings life to every project—with energy, empathy, and reliability.
She understands people, senses situations, and solves problems before they arise.
Whatever she takes on, she completes—and she does it well.
Without her, it would just be a structure; with her, it’s a living system.

Question: What does Cyprus mean to you today?

Mrs. Zenker:
Cyprus is both home and opportunity for us.
I love the light, the sea, the energy of this island.
There’s an optimism here—you can feel that things are being created.
For me, Cyprus is a place where you can shape life, not just live it.

Mr. Zenker:
For me, it’s proof that freedom and responsibility can coexist.
We work with partners who think ahead, with laws that are predictable, and with people who want to make a difference.
That’s the foundation on which something lasting can be built.

Question: What would you like to pass on to others?

Mr. Zenker:
Don’t wait until the system catches up with you.
It’s not about running away—it’s about foresight.
Those who act today create room to maneuver tomorrow.

Mrs. Zenker:
And those who take that step gain more than they lose.
You trade uncertainty for clarity—and stress for quality of life.
That’s what we’ve found here, and that’s what we want to share.

Shared Closing Statement

They think strategically, act operationally, and live what they teach: responsibility, clarity, and freedom—as a family, as entrepreneurs, as human beings.
